Manufacturing division: We have fully automotive production lines consist of filling, plugging, capping, labeling, auto weigh checker with auto outer coding and Bopp taping. Soon in near future manufacturing using SCADA system (supervisory control and data acquisition) will be adapted. We will also support green India and so will be using scrubber system to neutralize acidic fumes to make environment free from pollution.
Packaging Division: We have in house facility of blow molding for bottles and cans. This facility caters all packaging demands. The blowing plant will be governed by “Trisis Mysore”.
Lab & Testing: In house Quality Lab at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh is fully operational and committed to ensure the quality of the manufactured products. All batches compulsorily pass through in house quality check & certification. Batches are also sent to WQA Certified & NAB Accredited Lab for testing & certification. Testing of Incoming raw material & packaging material is done by the usage of DM water passed through UV.PQC checks at each stage of packing of material. Random audit of finished goods are being done at warehouse to ensure product stability & packing integrity.
